Passport Application Processing 

APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED

• All applicants must appear in person and bring Photo ID and an original birth certificate.
• Bring passport photo from approved passport photo processing facility.
• Children under age 16 must have two parents present.
• Children ages 16 and 17 must have one parent present.
• Applications can be downloaded and completed in advance at travel.state.gov or are available at Town Hall.
• Fee: $130 (ages 16+); $100 (under age 16)
• Agent Acceptance Fee of $35 will be collected for each new passport.
